Overview

Freight BOL Generator is a mobile utility app for creating bills of lading, saving local BOL drafts, attaching paperwork photos, generating PDFs, and using freight calculators.

Information the app uses

The app may use information you enter into BOL forms, including shipper details, consignee details, carrier details, shipment references, commodity details, notes, and attached paperwork photos. This information is used only to create BOL drafts, generate PDFs, and help you share paperwork from your device.

Local storage

Saved BOL drafts are stored locally on your device using app storage. They are not uploaded to FreightBids servers by this app. If you delete the app or clear app storage, saved drafts may be removed from your device.

Camera and photo access

The app may request camera or photo library access so you can capture or attach signed BOLs, PODs, receipts, accessorial documents, or related freight paperwork. Photos are used only when you choose to capture or attach them inside the app.

Sharing PDFs and paperwork

When you use Share PDF or Share Paperwork Packet, the app uses your device's native sharing options. The destination you choose, such as email, messaging, cloud storage, or another app, may have its own privacy practices. Freight BOL Generator does not control how third-party apps handle files after you share them.

Freight calculators

Calculator inputs, such as dimensions, weight, miles, fuel surcharge values, and transit appointment times, are processed on your device for calculation purposes.

Accounts, analytics, and advertising

This app does not currently require a user account. This app does not currently include third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.

Children's privacy

This app is intended for freight, logistics, and business paperwork use. It is not directed to children.
